 Mountains For All CIC is committed to ensuring that our organization and supply chains remain free of modern slavery and human trafficking.  

We acknowledge our responsibility to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and commit to performing due diligence to maintain transparency throughout our operations. Based on internal assessments, we are confident there is no evidence of modern slavery or human trafficking within our organization.  

Our Commitment 
The Modern Slavery Act applies not only to our employees but also extends to suppliers, contractors, and business partners. We are committed to upholding legal compliance, ethical business practices, and fundamental human rights across our operations.  

Supplier Standards 
We require all suppliers to demonstrate compliance by agreeing to the following statement:  

"The contractor warrants that it has thoroughly investigated its labor practices and those of its direct suppliers to ensure that no form of slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking exists within its organization or supply chain. The contractor further warrants that it has implemented the necessary processes, procedures, and compliance systems to maintain these standards. Mountains For All CIC reserves the right to audit the contractor’s supply chain at any time, with prior notice, if there is reason to suspect non-compliance."  

Mountains For All CIC will not knowingly engage with businesses involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.  

Governance and Accountability  
Our Board of Directors and Senior Management take full responsibility for implementing this policy, ensuring appropriate resources are in place to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chains.

Policy Awareness and Review 
This policy, along with a full copy of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and a simplified overview, will be made available electronically to all employees.  

The policy will be reviewed annually by *Mountains For All CIC's* Executive Leadership Team and published accordingly.
